Welcome to Penzion 14

Welcome to a historic townhouse with arcades, a place that will charm you with its atmosphere and comfort. Each of our rooms is unique and bears the name of a tree, whose story is reflected in the interior design. Whichever room you choose, you will always feel comfortable with us.

Dog-friendly guesthouse

We are a guesthouse with a friendly approach not only to people, but also to their four-legged companions. Dogs are welcome here – so if you are travelling with your dog, there is no need to worry. We are dog-friendly and will be happy to welcome your furry travel companion.

Gastronomy with a personal touch

Penzion 14 is not just a place to stay overnight. It is also a restaurant where you can enjoy honest cuisine under the guidance of head chef Adam Čičák, who gained his experience in restaurants in Prague and abroad.

To accompany your meal, we will pour you Bernard 10°, Dark Bernard 10°, a half-and-half beer or regional Krakonoš 12°. Daniel Šiftanc takes care of properly served beer and the smooth running of the restaurant.

And if you prefer wine, we will be happy to recommend a bottle from our carefully selected wine list, prepared in cooperation with Somnium winery.

Family atmosphere and individual approach

With us, you will feel at home. Your comfort will be taken care of by Daniel and Monika Šiftanc, who will help you with reservations, orders and planning celebrations. We offer a private lounge for 25 people, buffets and grilled pork leg – just let us know what you have in mind.

Discover the beauty of the Krkonoše Mountains! We recommend a trip to Sněžka, Dvůr Králové Zoo or activities in Špindlerův Mlýn. After a day full of experiences, you can return to us and enjoy a well-deserved rest.
